“Glavbolgarstroy” OPENED A NEW FACTORY FOR REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURES NEAR PAZARDZHIK

THE CAPACITY OF THE FACTORY IS UP TO 140 THOUS. THE CONCRETE BATCHING PLANT HAS A CAPACITY OF 140 SQ.M. PER YEAR AND 43 CUBIC METERS PER HOUR. REINFORCED CONCRETE ELEMENTS ARE SUITABLE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF INDUSTRIAL, LOGISTICS, PUBLIC AND COMMERCIAL FACILITIES.

At the exit from Pazardzhik shortly before joining the Trakia highway is the new plant of Glavbolgarstroy PREFAB EAD - for the production of prestressed reinforced concrete structures. The ribbon was cut by Dimitar Karamitrev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Glavbolgarstroy and the Mayor of Pazardzhik Todor Popov.
Its construction started at the beginning of August and within 7 months the plant for prestressed reinforced concrete structures was fully built, equipped and started its production.
The technological equipment consists of formwork systems produced by the leading manufacturer Progress Group and their European division Tecnocom SPA, Italy, and globally this is the latest and most advanced technology, the specialists from Glavbolgarstroy said.
The plant has its own concrete batching plant with EUROMESS equipment with a production capacity of 43m3/hour and a modern laboratory for daily control. The capacity of the plant is from 80 thousand to 140 thousand square meters of built-up area per year and the reinforced concrete elements produced at the plant are suitable for the construction of industrial, logistics, public and commercial facilities.
All the guests at the opening of the plant today had the opportunity to tour the production facilities, and before that the Chairman of the Board of Directors Dimitar Karamitrev spoke to them about the investment.
"In just over half a year we have managed to build a plant on one piece of land that is state-of-the-art, with the best possible technology. This is the moment to say that this is thanks to us, but also thanks to all the institutions." This is what Dimitar Karamitrev said and thanked the mayor and the local government, which in his words "has created an extremely favorable investment climate in the region". "We are not wrong to have started our investment here and we will continue to develop it," said Dimitar Karamitrev. 

"This investment is more specific and more important, because on the territory of the municipality of Pazardzhik we have a manufacturer of this type of products, which will be extremely important for us in view of the public investments that are related to the Recovery and Development Plan and the Cohesion Plan. I would like to thank Glavbolgarstroy for choosing Pazardzhik for this investment. When we talk about this company, I personally associate it with scale and quality - scale of thinking, scale of action and the vision that every investor should have." This is what the Mayor of Pazardzhik, Todor Popov, said and stressed that for the last 5 years 5 thousand jobs have been created in Pazardzhik, which few municipalities of the rank of our city can boast. "More importantly, there is trust here, which has been created for the investor by the local community," the mayor further pointed out and stressed that investors can count on fast administrative services.
